Adhering to state laws and the directives of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission, we are willing to consider qualified applicants with specific criminal backgrounds, recognizing the value of second opportunities and the positive impact of substantial employment on personal transformation.

Engaging with the Community: Paterson Job Fair

Recently, our team had the privilege of attending a job fair at the Passaic County Workforce Development Center in Paterson, NJ. This event, held on October 11th from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, provided an excellent opportunity for us to connect with potential candidates aged 21 and above from Paterson and surrounding areas.

The Passaic County Workforce Development Center, a public nonprofit organization under the Passaic County Board of County Commissioners, offers comprehensive employment and training services. Their resources, including computer access, career workshops, and networking opportunities, align perfectly with our goal of empowering job seekers in the cannabis industry.

Positive Response and Future Prospects

The positive reaction from participants at the job fair was truly overwhelming. A lot of them showed genuine enthusiasm for the chances offered at Glass Meadows and the opportunity to be a part of the growing cannabis industry in New Jersey. The job fair resulted in several promising leads, and we are excited about the possibility of adding new talent to our team.

We want to express our sincere appreciation to the Passaic County Workforce Development Center for hosting this event and letting us engage with their community. Their dedication to linking job seekers with employers like us is crucial for developing a robust and diverse workforce within the cannabis sector. Join Us in Shaping the Future of Cannabis in New Jersey.
