Michelle Moleski brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare, CPG, and cannabis industries. With a proven track record in sales and marketing, she excels in team leadership and market growth. Michelle also teaches cannabis studies at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and is a medical cannabis patient and advocate. A Temple University graduate, she balances her career with family life, hiking, and travel.

Jeff Schaeffer, co-founder and board member of Glass Meadows, LLC, brings extensive cannabis industry expertise. As founder of PARC, one of Arizona's first licensed medical marijuana dispensaries, Jeff oversaw all aspects of operations, from cultivation to retail. Jeff's collaboration with top pain management doctors led to the development of award-winning CBD products, demonstrating his commitment to innovative, patient-focused solutions in the cannabis space.

Ryan McWilliams brings over a decade of expertise in financial leadership and operational excellence, specializing in the cannabis industry. As a fractional CFO, Ryan has guided multi-state operators, including high-growth startups and established enterprises, through strategic financial planning, capital deployment, and market expansions. His experience spans executive roles, including a seat on the Board of WholesomeCo and leadership in New Jersey-based cultivation and manufacturing projects. Ryan’s diverse portfolio also includes operational success in Nevada, Louisiana, and California, showcasing his commitment to driving growth and innovation in every role he undertakes.

Dominic Galanti is a seasoned cultivation professional with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. A proud graduate of Penn State with a B.S. in Plant Science, Dominic is known for his exceptional leadership in driving successful cultivation operations. His deep knowledge and passion for the plant, combined with his ability to lead and inspire teams, make him an invaluable asset in pushing the boundaries of cannabis cultivation.

Max Guttman is a dedicated sales and marketing professional with a background in entertainment and real estate. He prides himself on transparent communication, staying attuned to the latest industry trends, and being a team player. His personable and humble demeanor enables him to foster authentic, strategic, and solution-focused partnerships.

Greg Rochlin is a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of experience across various industries, including metal recycling, wine and spirits retail, and cannabis. Notably, he co-founded and served as CEO of Ilera Healthcare, a successful Pennsylvania cannabis startup that was acquired by TerrAscend. A two-time cancer survivor, Greg is deeply committed to philanthropy, serving on the board of Sinai Hospital. His diverse background and passion for health and wellness bring a unique perspective to Glass Meadows.
